Refund policy

At BestPressed, we take pride in crafting high-quality, handmade press-on nails. Due to the nature of our products, we do NOT offer refunds or general returns. However, we DO offer replacements and discounts under certain circumstances such as, but not limited to product defects and late-arrivals (if unopened). Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, production begins and cancellations or changes may not be accepted.
  • Custom orders are final sale once placed.

Replacements for Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly send a replacement. To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 36 hours of delivery with a detailed description and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect items.
  • We may require the defective set to be returned before issuing a replacement.
  • BestPressed reserves the right to determine if an item qualifies for a replacement.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is shipped, BestPressed is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your package is marked as delivered but is missing, please check with your local postal service to file a claim.

Final Sale Policy

All purchases are final sale except for approved sizing exchanges and verified product defects. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
