At BestPressed, all of our press-on nails are handmade with care, and we want to ensure each set meets our high-quality standards. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Processing Time

• All orders may take up to 8 weeks to be processed before shipping. Each set is made to order, and processing times may vary depending on order volume.

• Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

• Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time & Rates

• After processing, shipping times will vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

• Estimated shipping times:

• Standard Shipping (U.S.): 2-7 business days

• Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2-4 business days

• International Shipping: 7-21 business days (varies by destination and customs processing)

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and selected shipping speed.

Order Delays

While we strive to ship orders on time, please note that processing and shipping may be delayed due to:

• High order volume

• Holidays or unforeseen circumstances

• Carrier delays (once a package leaves our hands, shipping times are dependent on the carrier)

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

• BestPressed is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend contacting your local postal service to file a claim.

• If your package is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

International Orders

• Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These fees are not included in our shipping costs.

• International shipping times vary due to customs processing and may take longer than estimated.
